Happy Easter!

We were invited to celebrate Easter with the Darcy-Anderson clan, hosted by Linda & Dean Bullert.  And like all of their events, this was a fun one! Complete with loads of brunch goodies, egg hunt and lots of party favors.  It was our last big get together with all of them before we move to Los Angeles, so kind of bittersweet.  We are grateful that they have welcomed us into the extended family for so many years in the Bay Area.

Luke fills his basket.

Keira enjoys the bubbles.

Friends & cousins giggling on the hammock (Allie, Mateo & Maya).

Anita & Joaquin Enjoying the Swing

Maya counts her eggs.

Joaquin watches the action with Daddy, waiting until next year when he will be (very) mobile.

Mateo wanted a jet-pack to wear to school for "space month".  We were all pretty pleased with the end result of our craftwork!

Enjoying a sunny day at the beautiful Filoli Gardens with Aunt Dahlia, who came out to visit us for a few days as part of her university tour as the screening director for the documentary film, The Lottery.

Anita and Joaquin on the San Antonio Riverwalk.  Anita had to travel to San Antonio for a conference, and her mother Sharon joined her there to help out with Joaquin (and snap this cute photo).

Walking to the playground in Noe Valley after Anita's birthday breakfast with Jen, Mike, and Keira

Hop on Keira, there's room for two!

A beautiful way to spend Anita's birthday!  We even saw a pod of dolphins swimming near the shore.
Walking the amazing stone maze at Land's End.

Would you like a cup of tea?

Mateo wanted Mommy to make a him a sling for his baby.

The "play-garden"

In Santa Monica with Saba and Savta (Jesse and Anita both had to attend some work-related meeting in LA, so we rented a house for a week and Jesse's parents flew out to stay with us, help out with the kids, and experience the LA area for their first time)

Great Grandma Barbara and Great Granddad Chuck stopped by our rental house in Santa Monica to meet the newest of their four adorable great grandsons
